The Fergus Falls Area Special Education Cooperative (ISD #935), serving seven school districts in West Minnesota, is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist beginning Fall of 2026.

Join a collaborative annd supportive team of Speech Language Pathologists who work together to provide high-quality services to students across our member districts: Ashby, Battle Lake, Breckenridge, Campbell-Tintah, Pelican Rapids, Rothsay and Underwood. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a collegial and team-focused environment serving students with diverse communication needs.

Qualifications:
    * Minnesota licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist preferred

Early Childhood Special Education Teacher (1.0 FTE) - 2026-2027 School Year

The Fergus Falls Area Special Education Cooperative – serving seven school districts in West Central MN – is seeking to fill one full-time (1.0 FTE) Early Childhood Special Education teachers for the 2026/2027 school year. 

Licensing Requirement: 
Valid Minnesota Teaching License – Early Childhood Special Education

Speech Language Pathologist Substitute - 2026-2027 School Year

The Fergus Falls Area Special Education Cooperative is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist Substitute beginning Fall 2026 for approximately 12 weeks to serve in Pelican Rapids Public Schools.

Qualifications: Minnesota licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist preferred. Applicants eligible for Third Party Billing are preferred.

Special Education Paraprofessional

The Fergus Falls Area Special Education Cooperative is seeking a Special Education Paraprofessional for the 2026-2027 school year.

Location: Self-Contained Classroom, Fergus Falls.

Supervisor: Ali Braukmann, Special Education Director

Qualifications: Must have AA/AS degree, 60+ college credits, or pass the ParaPro Test within 3 months of employment.
