The Fergus Falls Area Special Education Cooperative has a Restrictive Procedures Oversight Committee that meets quarterly. This committee reviews the use of restrictive procedures to identify and address patterns or problems to determine if the standards for using restrictive procedures as described in Minnesota Statutes 125A.0941 and 125A.0942 have been met.
The 2025-2026 Restrictive Procedures Oversight Committee includes the below members, which is updated annually:
